Identity verification checks

If requested documents are not provided within 4 weeks, or if fraudulent documents are submitted, we may cancel a payout and/or close the User Account.

Account closure and refunds

You may close your User Account at any time by emailing [email protected] with your account details and a clear closure request. If a balance remains after closure, we will refund it, less any applicable deductions.

The balance must be at least $20 to be refunded, and the refund method is at our discretion.

Payments and chargebacks

All payments must be made in good faith using legally obtained funds. You must be the authorized user of any payment method you use, and you must not attempt to reverse a payment or arrange for it to be reversed by a third party.

Once a bet is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. By placing bets, you accept that you may lose some or all of your deposited funds and take full responsibility for those losses.

Restricted Use of the Service

Deposits and withdrawals rules

Withdrawals must be sent to the same account from which the deposit originated. If that is not possible due to a credit card deposit, an alternative method may be required, and withdrawals from free promotions are only sent to the last depositing method.

Minimum crypto deposit amounts

We do not accept crypto deposits below the stated minimums, and transactions below these minimums cannot be recovered or processed. Top-ups to meet minimums are not allowed, and you must ensure each crypto deposit meets the minimum requirement.

Progressive jackpot payouts

We pay out progressive jackpots within a reasonable period based on payment processor restrictions and VIP level. Full payouts are completed within two years.

Promotions and bonus caps

Specific promotional rules take precedence over general rules. In most cases, each player can claim only one promotion at a time, and promotions may be limited per player, family, address, credit card number, and shared computers.

The bonus for choosing a higher deposit option is capped at $1,000 and has a one-time wagering requirement unless stated otherwise. The maximum bonus on deposits through any method for the first three transactions is capped at $1,000 per transaction.
